Introduction
When I turned 50, I made the overt decision that this is my half life (i intend to reach 100). The only way this was going to be accomplished is that if that birthday was a watershed moment (an event that changes everything). For me....the decision was enough for it to transform into action sequence...and I decreased caloric intake and increased cardiovascular activity. Shedding 70 pounds and beginning the most physically fit....ever...have me a renewed zest for life. Part of that zest...is quest for adventure.
