The Troll - Ban or Keep? (Update - Ban His Ass) Other bloggers will know who I'm talking about, when I refer to incoherent, unbalanced, and belligerent asshat that recently reared his ugly head, while wearing oh so cooool sunglasses. And it's those other bloggers who I'm asking, do we as a community, ban him like a dress on prom night or keep him around for cheap cannon fodder? Perhaps have a prize at the end of the week for best response to him. What say you, my esteemed fellow bloggers? Update - I was reading some of his comments on other blogs and he's spouting full on hate speech. BAN HIS ASS! |

It's easy to pass judgement and wave a wand but in a planet where free speech and the 'delete' button are equal partners — why bother? My phone also has an 'ignore' knob, and that one works great on all sorts of things. I laugh just trying to wonder why such a miserable soul would come here to spout such unpleasant verbiage. Perhaps we are fodder for some sort of psychological study. As much as i would like to comment....i hold back. Ive decided to not give him air or energy or space or attention, cuz thats what i think he is looking for. I mean , think about it, with that attitude , who would be drawn to it, who could tolerate it. Its almost too adverse to be true. Hence , i give him the Heathen response = None~

He's the epitome of a poor, pitiful excuse for a human. He lacks true writing talent and is so jealous of the popularity of the bloggers here, he's made it his goal to spoil the blogs. He won't last at his mission, he's really irreverent.

While "banning" him would satisfy most people it would only be temporary. Trolls feed on negativity and it would give him fodder to work with. Ignore him, remember he is unknown and unimportant to most, if not all, of us, and he has no power to exert. Also, I have a vague recollection of his profile pic. I think he has been here before, but I don't recall when or the circumstances. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

I don't ban any one. When they don't get a rise from me they move on. It takes all kinds in this world, so they can do what ever .
